Spark is an information site. It is not an electrical contractor and it does not arrange, supervise or stand behind any work.

What the listings are

Listings are compiled from public business records and are provided as they are found. We check what we can and we do not guarantee that any detail is current, because businesses change details without telling anyone.

Doing your own checking

Before hiring anyone, confirm the license, the insurance and the scope in writing. We explain how. The decision to hire, and the contract you sign, is between you and the contractor.

The guides and calculators

Everything in the learning center is general information. The calculators are planning tools built on the standard tables and they are not a substitute for a design, a permit or an inspection. The code adopted where you are is the authority.
